From first search to e-ticket
Booking on the phone means you can ask questions as you go: which fare includes a checked bag, whether a connection is long enough, how to keep a family seated together. Your agent confirms every detail with you before ticketing.

Common questions
Is booking by phone more expensive?+
Airline fares are the same fares available elsewhere. If a service fee applies to your booking, your agent tells you the amount before you confirm.
When will I receive my ticket?+
Your e-ticket and confirmation number are emailed once the booking is ticketed, usually within minutes of the call.
Can you book for someone else?+
Yes. We need the traveler’s full legal name, date of birth and contact details.
