bookflights24 ("we", "us") is an independent travel agency that books and services airline reservations on behalf of customers. We are not an airline and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by any airline. By using this website or our phone service you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings

A booking is confirmed only when ticketed and a confirmation number is issued. You are responsible for checking that all passenger names match government-issued identification and that dates, times and routes are correct before you approve a booking. Fares are not guaranteed until ticketed and may change without notice.

3. Changes and cancellations

All changes, cancellations, refunds and travel credits are subject to the rules of the airline and the fare purchased. Airline change fees, fare differences and penalties are passed on to you. Where a refund is approved, its timing is set by the airline and your card issuer.

4. Service fees

We may charge a service fee for booking, changing, cancelling or upgrading a reservation. Any service fee is disclosed to you before you authorize payment and is separate from the airline fare. Service fees are non-refundable once the requested service has been performed, unless required by law.

5. Upgrades

Upgrades depend on airline availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed by the airline. Refund eligibility for an upgrade follows the airline's rules for the upgraded fare.

6. Travel documents

You are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, health documents and any other entry requirements for your journey. We are not liable for denied boarding or entry due to missing or invalid documents.

7. Payment

By providing payment details you authorize us and the airline to charge the amounts you approve. Charges may appear as separate transactions from us and the airline. Disputed or reversed payments may result in cancellation of the associated tickets.

8. Limitation of liability

We act as an agent for airlines and are not responsible for their acts or omissions, including delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbooking, lost baggage or injury. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the service fees you paid us for the affected booking.

9. Privacy

We collect the personal information needed to make and service your reservation and share it with airlines and payment processors for that purpose. We do not sell your personal information. Calls may be recorded for quality and training.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
